Prior to working for the MPO, Daphne spent over 20 years working in the meat industry, holding senior management positions in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Food Safety. Throughout her career, Daphne has worked with many food safety and quality systems and was the Food Security and Emergency Response Coordinator and Lead of the Recall Team.
